I have a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from the University of Illinois at ​Urbana-Champaign and a Master's in Communication and Media Arts from ​the New York Institute of Technology. For over ten years, I worked in the tech ​industry as a "Champion of the Customer," prioritizing and advocating for ​customer needs and satisfaction.
